Join us for a behind the scenes ½ day factory tour & education day. Covering all things general modular industry and our business model and product specifically. Held at our flagship production facility in Greenwood, SC and viewing placed product in a nearby housing development. Catered to Regional Builders / Developers, Investors, Government officials and the serious “industry curious”. Limited availability, limit 2 participants per company, and you must pre-register.

1. Meet the team, participate in a modular industry overview and our business
2. Hear about our business model, products, our expansion plan and any investment opportunities
3. Tour the production floor, and view products and processes up close
4. Visit nearby development where we are currently placing models
5. Continental Breakfast and Lunch included
6. Space limited to 20 people (up to 3 per company), must preregister
7. Hotel reimbursements for qualified investors
8. Afternoon can be reserved for play 9 holes of golf, a regional tour, or discuss detailed products and quotes as needed.
