Workforce Housing Quadplex

A two-story quadplex with four units, finished in grey upper and taupe lower lap siding under a dark gabled roof, with white multi-pane windows and raised wood-railed decks at each entry. It ships as eight modules, two per unit, with decks, railings and entry doors already installed, so one building fits a lot that could not take a four-building site plan.
