Hobbs

President

Dan has been in modular for many years and has worked with countless modular companies all over the country. Dan is a UVA and Harvard graduate, with degrees in Engineering and Business. Dan heads all of our big picture projects, as well as handling functions in sales and finance.

Kevin Halliday

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin’s career began right out of highschool, when he became an electrician after graduation in his first modular plant. He has run modular plants all over the country, from the Southeast to the Southwest. Kevin oversees each product from start to finish, ensuring everything from planning to building to the set runs smoothly.

Brock

Chief Financial Officer

Susan’s background is well rooted in finance, real estate, and home building. Susan is Robert Morris Alumni, where she received her MBA & BSBA. Susan handles all things financial, board relations, forecasting, AP/AR, and accounting for us.

Zaruba

Chief Marketing Officer

Darin is a 20+ year veteran in the building, finance, modular and marketing industries. Darin heads up all of BiltWise branding and marketing efforts, and helps support sales and business development nationally. Darin has been a general modular consultant and advocate nationwide, before helping to launch BiltWise.

West

Vice President of Logistics & Procurement

Floyd’s career began in material handling and he has climbed to his current position through many years of Purchasing experience at a number of modular factories in the Southeast. Floyd handles purchase for all materials that go into our houses, inventory, material handling staff, and organization of the plant.

Turner

Human Resources Director

Laurel is our Human Resources Director. She is an Appalachian State Graduate and began her career at a Modular Company in Greenville. Laurel handles our community relations and partnerships, employee relations, IT, recruitment, and workplace development.

Bobby
Jackson

Quality Director

His career has spanned both modular and quality positions, and has a specialty in creating new quality programs and processes. Bobby’s modular and quality experience spans pods, shipping container modification, steel, commercial, and residential. Bobby handles our state certifications, third party inspections, internal quality program, code requirements, and HomeBase estimation software.

Salinas

Production Manager

David has led plants all over the Southwest and came to join us in Greenwood from a modular plant in the TX area. David ensures all the trades are working cohesively and on schedule. He plans and supervises the day to day activities of our plant.

Jordan Campbell

Engineering & Sales Manager

Jordan’s background spans both technical engineering and years of hands-on experience. Jordan has worked in many trades and originally came on with us as an Assistant Production Manager while he was finishing his Engineering degree at Greenville Tech. Jordan manages our engineering pipeline and handles sales and design aspects as well.

Terry
Kuhlman

Project Manager

Terry’s primary career background is in plumbing, but his talents extend much beyond only one trade. He began his career plumbing in Oklahoma and has since relocated to the upstate area with his family. Terry handles our relations with our builder and developer companies, off site scheduling, and set planning and execution.

Burgeson

Utility Supervisor

Casey is versatile and well rounded. He has an extensive background in multiple trades, getting his start in roofing. Casey trains new hires, has recently become our HVAC installer, and jumps in on any project wherever he is needed.

Badillo

Electrical Supervisor

Eric has 20+ years of electrical experience, and is a second generation electrician. Eric’s experience spans both commercial and residential electric. He handles training all new recruits in his department, electrical testing, and electrical code compliance.

Framing Supervisor

Colombiano is an incredibly skilled carpenter with 20+ years of experience. He has worked in Modular both in Greenville and Greenwood, and is over our floor, ceiling, and wall framing departments.
