BILTWISE Models
From concept, to design and build, shipment and set; this amazing home is a prime example of our quality build, with upper end BiltWise Spec level finish. Featuring solid counters, solid doors and cabinets, LVT flooring, upgraded windows and trim package. The model was set on a precast basement wall system for a walkout basement. The garage, basement, and decks were built on site. This design is ready and available to build today!
Key Structures Designs
We worked with a local developer on taking their beautiful existing site-built product, into a new modular method to be factory-built and delivered. Although this was a design and engineering challenge, we rose to the equation. We even delivered, set and showcased one of the models to the International Builders Show in Las Vegas in 2023! Allison Ramsey Plans
Our first major project was with Impresa Homes, providing beautiful home models for them to place into a high-end recreation-inspired master-planned private lakefront community. Savannah Lakes Village, located at the confluence of Western South Carolina’s Freshwater Coast Region and the 71,000+ acre Lake Thurmond is a 5,000 lot community with about 1/2 built out currently. BiltWise collaborated with Impresa Homes on 3 amazing models for sale.
